How to use :
make a backup of the original /data/player/player.bmd
overwrite the original files with the Speedhack file ( We have 2 Speed hack files, if one does not work u can use the other )
You need to be outside of the city for use the speed hack, if you are inside of the city, go outside and select char, and back to your char.
